Roegarth Self Catering

Roegarth is a traditional stone built four-bedroom house, in the heart of Shetland’s main town, Lerwick. The house is spacious, with lovely light, modern accommodation. It was built in the early 1900s so the building is full of character. It has recently been refurbished to an exemplary standard and sleeps up to seven guests. Roegarth has a fully appointed kitchen/dining room, utility room, bathroom, shower room and a lovely private garden with mature trees, to the rear of the property.

When you stay at Roegarth, you will be within easy walking distance of the town centre’s shops, eateries, Shetland’s main museum, the cinema and excellent leisure facilities. However, it is also the ideal base for sightseeing around Shetland and a great base if you are visiting for one of the numerous local cultural or music festivals, such as Shetland Wool Week, Up Helly Aa, the Shetland Folk Festival, or the Tall Ships race in 2023.

Both leisure and business guests will appreciate the highspeed broadband Wi-Fi available throughout the property. The property is available all year round. There is off-street parking for one car but plenty of street parking right outside the property if you are travelling with more than one vehicle.

Minimum three-night stay and Roegarth operates a strict No Smoking and No Pets policy.
