Our small team each have extensive knowledge and experience travelling around Shetland and are keen to showcase what Shetland has to offer. We take great pride in Shetland, its culture and its history. We also delight in telling visitors what life is like in modern Shetland - we live it and want you to experience it too.
You can choose one of our pre-planned tours that go to areas little visited by organised groups. Do you want a tailor-made tour that can go anywhere you wish? We are happy to do tours of any length from a couple of hours to several days. We offer guided bus tours, bus, minibus and taxi hire (with driver) and guided walks (with or without transport).
We cater for individuals and groups of any size up to 43. We cover all areas of Shetland, but specialise in the Westside. There is a local saying 'West is Best,' because of the wonderful scenery, beautiful quiet beaches and the weather which is often better than the east side, but few groups visit this part of Shetland.
We work with organisations, businesses and individuals in the Westside to offer you the chance to meet local people, in thriving small communities based on the traditions of crofting and fishing. They will be delighted to share their love and experience of the area. Let us take you to some of our favourite places and explore the side of Shetland that other visitors may not get to see.
Looking for a guided walk? There are so many great places to walk in Shetland. From challenging day hikes to gentle strolls, walks can cater for general interest or specific topics. On all walks you can expect to see some of the Shetland flora and fauna as well as reminders of Shetland's past and interesting natural features. However, if you are interested in something particular, eg wild flowers, war history, archeology, seabirds, geology, etc, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure you have the best opportunity to see it.
Whatever you are looking for, our team can make suggestions for a walk that would suit you or your group.
