There are two bedrooms, which can be set up with 2 single beds or a kingsize bed in each, and both rooms have ensuite toilet facilities. There are two sitting rooms downstairs, one equipped with a peat burning stove with peats provided and the other has the TV and a good selection of books. The kitchen has an efficient Rangemaster cooker for those who enjoy using local ingredients to do their own catering. There is a utility room with a washing machine, along with a tumble drier and pulley to help get wet clothes dry. The porch is newly renovated and is the perfect place to sit to enjoy some refreshments and wonderful views at anytime of day.
With its proximity to Lerwick, Fairview is an ideal place for easy access to all areas of Shetland and yet maintains a rural character. Holiday lets are from Saturday to Saturday but shorter or longer visits can be arranged. All linen, towels, heating and WiFi are included in the cost of the rental.
